O’Grady is the last Banshee of his clan and a male at that. The clan has lost its respect for the old ways and some days its all he can do to drag his head out of the bottle and perform his ancient tasks.
But then he meets Maeebsef. Innocent, beguiling and persistant faerie from The Grove. Its isn’t clear to O’Grady what Maeebsef is up to, but he sure isn’t letting him out of his sight until he knows that his clan isn’t in danger.
What O’Grady doesn’t realize is that he himself is in danger.
